Due to the limited availability of our products, we do not provide refunds for confirmed deliveries. However, in the rare case that your item is damaged in shipping or if your package never arrives, we are happy to issue an equivalent replacement at no extra cost to you. Please contact your shipping courier and report your missing delivery prior to contacting us.
After you have completed your report, please get in touch with us at info@breadandbuttaseeds.com if your order hasn't arrived within 72 hours of its estimated delivery date. Please note that your replacement product may not be the same strain as your initial purchase.
