1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! We are pleased to ship to most international locations for a flat rate of $40.00 in addition to the cost of your order. Final instructions to remit payment and confirm your international address will be provided via email after we receive your order request. 

​2. DO YOU PROVIDE DISCREET PACKAGING?

Yes. Your products will arrive in unmarked black packaging with only your name and address on the outer envelope. There will be no indication of the contents of your order or our company name on the package.

​3. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your payment is confirmed, your order will ship within 24-28 hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Our standard courier is USPS.

4. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with the tracking number on the same day your order is. dispatched. If your tracking number has not appeared in your inbox in a timely manner, you may want to check your spam folder. You can avoid our emails going to your spam folder by adding our email, info@BreadandButtaSeeds.com to your contacts list, or by subscribing to our newsletter using the 'subscribe' contact form at the bottom of our website.

 

5. ​HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped via express mail for a flat rate of $10.00. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available. Just choose the shipping option you want upon check-out.

​6. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

- Express shipping within the United States takes 3 days.

- Expedited shipping takes 2 days.

- Overnight shipping takes 1 day.

7. ​CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

You may change your order details at any point after you place your order before the parcel is dispatched. If you made an error, or wish to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by engaging our instant chat feature, or by emailing us at info@BreadandButtaSeeds.com.

8. IS THE COST OF SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE SEED PRICE?

No. You will be charged a flat rate of $10.00 in addition to the cost of your order.

​9. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?

Due to the limited availability of our products, we do not provide refunds for confirmed deliveries. However, if your item is damaged during shipping or if your package never arrives, we are happy to issue an equivalent replacement at no extra cost to you. Please get in touch with us at info@breadandbuttaseeds.com if your order hasn't arrived within 72 hours of its estimated delivery date. Please note that your replacement product may not be the same strain as your initial purchase.
